Our Team

Dr. Ludovic Ndaboine

Dr. Ludovic Ndaboine founder of Ndaboine Hospitals. In his days he believed in love, loyalty, integrity, obedience, and humility. Today his words have become the basis of the family and the company too. To the company, he has always been our chief advisor.

Bernadina Ndaboine

Mrs. Ndaboine (Bernadina Ndaboine) Former MP and founder of “Ndaboine Foundations” for vulnerable children. In her words “giving a little from what God has blessed you with makes you even stronger”. We call her our first lady to our company because she always supports us the way she can to make us one of the leading operators in the region. Her advice and support make us the best superb in the tourism industry.

Innocent Ndaboine

Innocent Ndaboine (Ndaboine’s family grandson) Founder and shareholder of Ndaboine Tanzania Safari, a university graduate with a “Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management'' and Masters Degree in “Tourism Managements and Leadership Skills.” After some years at public service the idea of lodging the tourism company came up. So, I gathered all the family members during the holiday and introduced the idea, thank God they all agreed to it and supported the way possible. Hospitality is always something I would love to give. That is why on your visit I will be there physically and in some cases I would love to hear from you what you have to say about our company and sometimes give us your recommendations. We really need it and we always work on it for sustainable business.

Bethsianah Ndaboine

Bethsianah Ndaboine graduate with “Business managements” and she holds MBA level six. She always works hard to make sure everything is handed according to the plan. With her we always sure that all the company financials are in good hands. If your lucky visit us at our Arusha offices get chance to exchange ideas! She is always full of ideas to her carrier.
